The Little Niche Behind the Stairwell

Not many people know that, the only reason I do is because I went to school for Culinary arts and as part of the curriculum we take a beverage service class in which we had to learn to safely serve alcohol (like be able to identify when you should cut someone off as they've had too much to drink already and other things like that). Thanks to that class I learned tons of things about alcohol consumption that most people don't know or are misinformed about.
